Terms & Conditions of Sale

 

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms

and Conditions of Sale.

 

  • 1.All goods remain the property of Anzulo Printing Consumables until paid for in full.
  • 2.Responsibility for selecting the correct item rests with the customer. Refunds or substitutions for incorrectly ordered items cannot be accommodated.
  • 3.Goods may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • 4.After 30 days, no cash refunds will be issued. Only store credit or exchange will be permitted.
  • 5.No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
  • 6.Empty toner or ink cartridges are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

 

 

Returns Procedure for Faulty or Incorrect Goods

 

To report faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, please email andries@anzulo1.co.za or complete our returns form.

 

When submitting your request, please ensure the following:

 

  • 1.Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing.
  • 2.Attach clear photos of the problem. For example, if an error message appears on your printer, include a photo of the screen.
  • 3.If a cartridge is leaking, damaged, or missing parts, provide close-up images of the exact issue. Photos of packaging only will not be sufficient and may delay the process.
  • 4.In most cases, faulty or incorrect items must be returned to our warehouse for inspection and testing before a replacement can be issued.

 

 

 

Payments and Proof of Payments.

 

  • 1.Orders will be released for delivery once payment has been confirmed by our accounts department.

  • 2.Please email your proof of payment to andries@anzulo1.co.za

  • 3.We bank with ABSA. Payments made from other banks will only be processed once the funds reflect in our account.

  • 4.If you require urgent delivery, we recommend making an instant payment to ensure faster clearance.

  • 5.Once we have received your order and confirmed payment, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed.

•Local Deliveries (Johannesburg & Surrounding Areas)

R100 flat rate | 1–2 working days

 

•Regional & National Deliveries:

R130 flat rate | 3–5 working days

 

•Excludes special trip and bulk order deliveries

 

•FREE shipping on all orders over R1,500

 

Deliveries & Courier Services

 

  • 1.All deliveries are carried out using reputable courier companies.
  • 2.Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of payment confirmation.
  • 3.While we strive to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed as courier schedules and routes are beyond our control.
  • 4.For urgent deliveries, courier companies offer special services such as overnight, early bird, or same-day express delivery at an additional cost.
  • 6.Please contact us for a quotation if you require these services.
  • 7.Delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected. Anzulo Printing Consumables cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from delayed deliveries or the use of any products supplied.
  • 8.Anzulo Printing Consumables will not be held responsible for loss or damage caused by theft, hijacking, fire, or any other unforeseen events during transit.
  • 9.Customers are advised to arrange their own insurance for goods in transit. Alternatively, insurance can be arranged at an additional cost—please request a quote from our order processing department.
